The Harvard study is the longest study of adult life that’s ever been done. It’s studying in ‘what makes a good life’ and ‘what keeps us healthy and happy’. According to the study, we can get the major message is: Good relationships keep us healthier and happier. And we can divide the study into three parts, the first one is that social connections are really good for us, and loneliness will kill us. People who are isolated will be less happy, their life cycle will be shorter than people who are not isolated. Second, the quality of friends is more important than the quantity. One good friend can make your life better than three bad friends. So the amount of friends are not really helpful.The third part is that good relationships protect not only our bodies but our brains.
  I totally agree with what Dr.Robert found. It seems to me that to make a good life, good relationships and be the person what you want to be are more important than getting rich or being famous. For me, to make a good life, I want to be a kind and warm person.
